Est-il possible d'offrir une carte cadeau eBay à quelqu'un qui habite en Belgique? J'ai lu que il fallait l'activer avec PayPal, mais nous avons aussi PayPal en Belgique donc ...
Quand je veux acceder à la page de la carte cadeau eBay je recois ça:
